RHEMN was founded in 2014 by Muhammad Ahmad Saddiq and his co-founder Muhammad Adam. RHEMN started as a local volunteer group made up of passionate health workers who sacrificed their resources, time and knowledge in the service of humanity. Their focus was initially on rural healthcare and undeserved communities only. Humanitarian and social services were also introduced in 2015 due to insurgent activities in the Northeastern part of Nigeria. Muhammad Saddiq been the pioneer of the organization has been a volunteer in various organizations both religion and community organizations. He is currently the CEO of the organization. RHEMN now operates in most parts of Northeast Nigeria with vision of national and international coverage.
